Average profile around user supplied branch point region

Hi,

I have used Chip-seeker for average profile around the splice site. Now, I have bed file with branch-point coordinates. I need to perform average profile for the branchpoint. I wanted to know, will it be possible with the ChIPseeker. if yes, could be please let me know how ?
