Add support for composer/installers v1 and v2

At the time of writing (v19.0-RC9), when installing this WordPress plugin via Composer, requires composer/installers version 1:

"composer/installers": "^1.12.0"

Describe the solution you'd like

Given that this dependency is only used to mark this package as a wordpress-plugin, the requirement should allow for versions 1 or 2 (currently, v1.12.0 and v2.1.1 respectively):

"composer/installers": "^1.12 || ^2.0"

Why do you think this feature is something we should consider for the Yoast SEO plugins?

Because other WordPress plugins or Composer packages might require functionality specific to version 2, or later, of that dependency.

We need this as well 🙏🏻 @mcaskill. We are looking at the pro version for our project also, but can't utilize it until this is merged.
