GTA5_Enhanced.exe crashes instantly when injecting

Describe the bug

When attempting to inject the menu into GTA5_Enhanced.exe, the game instantly closes without showing an error message. Windows Event Viewer reports a crash related to dbghelp.dll. The same DLL and injector work fine on the regular (non-Enhanced) GTA V version, so the issue seems to be specific to the Enhanced build.

This happens every time the injection begins — no UI from the menu appears, the game simply shuts down.

Steps To Reproduce

Launch GTA5_Enhanced.exe normally.

Wait until Story Mode finishes loading.

Attempt to inject the DLL using Xenos (Manual Map, admin mode).

The game instantly closes during the injection process.

Windows logs the crash pointing to dbghelp.dll.

Expected Behavior

The menu should inject successfully into GTA5_Enhanced.exe, the same way it does with the regular GTA5.exe, without causing the game to force-close.

And what’s the solution for BattlEye? Because if I turn it off, the game won’t run since it requires me to enable it.

Are sure you are not injecting legacy dll into gta5 enhanced? the dll for enhanced should not work in legacy whereas you say it does. Redownload the dll from Releases page and inject it into enhanced
