[Bug]: new hotkey system is confusing

not really a bug report its just a question cause im confused about the new hotkey system like hows is this even work like i prefer the old hotkey system than deal with this like i press the left shift so it will add another gui for changing key binds but it doesnt appear i just dont know how this new hotkey system works can someone tell me plsss ?
