Allow users to control hiragana on and off.

I'm sorry that I ignored some notifications from GitHub.

I don't know why hide the ruby, but if you're still interested, fix the conflicts, and then I'll review and merge.

The story is I was building a Japanese learning app, and I was thinking having a feature of toggle on/off ruby would be nice. Just like the feature that NHK Easy implanted on their webpage. @YeungKC
