certbot (line 360) repository don't exist

So on line 360 there is sudo add-apt-repository ppa:certbot/certbot -y && sudo apt-get update -y

Maybe to remove this? as this repository dont exist anymore and will just cause apt to complain about it. python3-certbot-nginx is in ubuntu repository (atleast in 20.04)

(Just for public info on how to remove it from apt.)

Can confirm this per 03/2023. Installing Certbot does not work like this.
