Update wkhtmltopdf version for ubuntu 18.04 need bionic and the curren release is 0.12.6-1

now is WKHTMLTOX_X64=https://github.com/wkhtmltopdf/wkhtmltopdf/releases/download/0.12.5/wkhtmltox_0.12.5-1.trusty_amd64.deb but trusty is ubuntu 14.04 https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases for 18.04 use: WKHTMLTOX_X64=https://github.com/wkhtmltopdf/packaging/releases/download/0.12.6-1/wkhtmltox_0.12.6-1.bionic_amd64.deb

why don't remove 32 bit version for version 14.0 ?
