Would you mind upgrating the section of Instructions for beyond_reaper Installation about Windows?

I really can not load the script of python. Can you help me? My OS is Windows.

Seems like same problem. I can't copy 'beyond.pth' to 'site-packages' path in Win10. When I try so, my Python get crash.
