[UI/UX Enhancement] Change long-press behavior to fit most apps

In current version of OpenNote, long-pressing a note will not select the note just pressed. This behavior is different from most mobile apps (which makes it unintuitive) and costs more time when selecting note(s).

Current behavior:

After a long-press, no note is selected.

Expected behavior:

The long-pressed note be selected by default.

By the way:

The text "已勾选：X" will be better if replaced with "已选择 X 项".
