[Feature Request] Highlight recently updated comics/manga after library scan

I'd like to request the ability for Yacreader library to highlight recently updated comics after scanning. My manga library is quite large and it gets hard to keep track of what's new.

Perhaps having a different folder icon on the updated folders would work best.
