Customize Space bar amount

Hi,

first of all thank you for this fantastic reader, it's the lightest and most comfortable I have ever used :)

One small addition would make it perfect for me, it is the ability to specify how much in pixels the space bar and B keys move up and down. Sometimes the default value works great and it's a real pleasure other times I constantly have to go back up a little. I hope you will find the time to add this small but very important (at least in my eyes) feature.
