Email issues: No confirmation email & Reset password confirmation email link doesn't work.

I've also tried signing up with just my email, and and it states "SignUp successful, confirmation mail should be sent soon." Never saw confirmation email 20 minutes later.

I did see a reset password process. email ended up in my Spam email (perhaps use something like sendgrid or mailgun?) and when I clicked the link it simply brought me to the site, but did not ask for new password etc.
