Description Links Target

Once a link is added to the description of an event in Google Calendar, while using Google calendar the link opens in a new tab. However, when the calendar is added to Simple Calendar, thew links tend to open in the same tab. It would be great if the links open in a new tab as is the case in Google Calendar.
