First event not showing when "now" selected

This is a list view issue. The customers event is not showing the first event in the list view when "now" is selected and the time is still very far off.

• The event starts at 12:00am
• If you page backwards the event actually shows up and on the correct day

I thought it might be an issue with the event starting at 12:00am, but customer has confirmed that changing it to 12:XX does not affect it. It will change, however, if he changes the time to 1:00am.

All timezone settings have been triple checked. Grid view displays everything fine.
