The reason is that Nvidia has removed the function: `cufftSetCompatibilityMode` So the compiler fails on this file because this function does not exist in CUDA 10. Nividia said they won't...
Fixed by updating to 6.2.0 This should be closed !

hum there is one of the Bit stream that if you send it will not save the parameters but I don't remember. Dig in the code you should find it...
