Invalid Characters for Folders when NSP Dump
When I dump NSP files with special characters in the name they convert but do not save
Seems like the folder itself is not being made when exporting

Bug reproduction
Dump any Digital game with symbols that are not allowed for folder generation like colons or other funky symbols
I can confirm this. I wanted to dump the latest Update for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, but there is no file or folder when I go into the output folder. However, it could dump the Nintendo Switch Online Application. And it dumpet Update 1.0.1 some versions back. I aborted it when it started to create the .nsp (I don't want that anyway, I want the individual files, sadly there is no option to not make a .nsp file), and there was a folder with the title ID and all the files. Cost me some hours of sleep, but well.
