FireTray shows two Firefox window after click on FireTray icon in tray. Ubuntu Mate 18.04. screenshot at 2019-02-13 12-10-19

@Condorious I have a similar problem, after each system startup i have several additional windows, now i cant show it, since i have already closed them, but the problem does not disappear, i have to manually close them periodically, its sad... Temporary solution:

  1. Disable the option "Closing window hides to tray" image
  2. Close all unnecessary windows
  3. Turn the option back on
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 every day

I had an assumption that this is not an firetray problem, but a problem in saving sessions in the system, but they are disabled for me, so the problem is in something else.

@Ximi1970 is there any mechanism for saving open windows in the cache, which is loaded when the system starts?

I Update Thunderbird to 60.5.1 version, remove FireTray extention and make FireTray from sources again. After install maked FireTray, all works fine and problem with windows doubling disappear.
