How the ip-xact files under current repo is created?

hey team,

You have a wonderful ip-xact repo, I am wondering how these ip-xact files are created? is there an auto converter for systemc to ip-xact or they are manually created with kactus2?

Most of them where created with Kactus2 and a few even manually.
