"busy is busy" -> "bus is busy"

Hi, I see two places we have such "busy is busy" [XilinxProcessorIPLib/drivers/iic/src/xiic_dyn_master.c] And [XilinxProcessorIPLib/drivers/iic/src/xiic_master.c] We can fix that or please send out a patch which we will push to our tree. It will be available in 2024.2 release.
