Media.Add() 406 Not Acceptable

I am using the example from the readme, adding my sites url and key etc...

When I try to upload media I get a 406 error. Is this API still working for adding media?

I could if I knew what I was looking... I am running a WordPress Cloud Server from Hostinger.
