Can't install in Sequoia 15.3

Describe the bug I updated my Mac to 15.3 and now I get this error: Unable to install Xcode. If you continue to have problems, please submit a bug report in the Help menu.

  • OS: 15.3
  • Xcodes: 2.4.1

i have the same issue trying install xcode 15.2

The problem for me was that there was an agreement pending in App Store Connect 🤦🏻‍♂️
