Dual Screen Screen mode setter (for 3DS and NDS)

Add a Configurator option to set the screen mode for the DS, 3DS and WiiU emulators at once, such as:

• hybrid (default)
• inverted hybrid
• top/bottom
• bottom/top
• bottom only
• top only

Emulators:

• [ ] DesMuMe (libretro)
• [ ] MelonDS
• [ ] Citra
• [ ] MelonDS (libretro)
• [ ] Citra (libretro)
• [ ] Cemu

Further enhancemement:

This will be used for the emulators that supports it such as CEMU and Citra (SA) (maybe even others). This option will ask you to target a second display where the second (or first) screen will be showed insted of the main screen.

I wonder if this could also work for CEMU ? IE use the deck as the WiiU pad and throw the tv screen to the TV...
