Feature Request - Normalize Cemu's keys.txt location with rest of emulator's system files

Additional emulator system files normally go in ~/retrodeck/bios/$emulator_name and this is generally true of Cemu as well. However, the keys.txt file appears to be the only one directly in ~/.var/app/net.retrodeck.retrodeck/data/Cemu. symlinking this to the app's other "bios" files will keep it consistent with other emulators in not having any emulator system files in the flatpak's data location.
