Optimize Ban Menu

When a server has a lot of bans, opening the ban menu is enough to cause fairly large amounts of stutter. To add to the annoyance, once the ban menu has been opened once, the stutter happens whenever you open the menu - no matter which tab you're on.

Is it possible to add pagination?

In my opinion the menu needs to be redone or have an added feature where it can "pop-out" as a movable window that stays on the screen. I'll look into this over the next few days.
