Improve README and Sample Usage

[ ] README is lacking of installing and getting started usage
[ ] README needs tutorial for Cocoapods and Carthage
[ ] cocoapod try might be a nice feature

All these items are welcome. For item 2, the README had had a quick guide section. It was moved to project wiki. I hope I can write more documents in the wiki. I'm not a good technical writer, specially in english. I'm OK to bring it back to help developers to take a quick look. I remember that you have done some works on these items, right?
