复现情况： 服务器只有IPv4的情况下， 在客户端尝试使用 IPv6 连接 TG客户端会出现该错误，在1.6.3版本上相同配置一切正常

尝试1.6.4版本也正常，已经尝试过其他的机器，仍有该错误 客户端是clash
