Sudden drop in PSNR during training

Hi author, I made some simple modifications to your network model and tested it, however, there is a problem of sudden drop in test PSNR, what could be the reason? My total Batchw is 16 and other parameters are not changed. Could it be a problem of too much learning rate? Looking forward to your reply! board
