Investigate inclusion of PHPIDS (See https://github.com/PHPIDS/PHPIDS) or a derivative as a suplement to current Protector module. See discussion in PR #93

It hasn't been updated for over 4 years - I think we can better close this issue?

No, this is still under consideration in the ongoing protector refactor. The PHPIDS project may be stalled, but the rule sets are valid, and often more comprehensive than their protector counterparts.
