zero hash issue

1.when mining for a long time ,some rigs no hashrate ,it shows zero hash.

m_logTag is undefined in log.h, and can't be found in full text search of the whole code repo

We can setup backup pool for the most of miner programs. if the main pool is down ,it change to the backup one. add this function in the next version...

OpenCL SDK download link 404 oops

README.md says OpenCL SDK can be downloaded by link https://developer.amd.com/amd-accelerated-parallel-processing-app-sdk/ But in fact , the web link is 404 oops now.
