Blank screen after adding new account

Each time, after adding a new account (via QR code), the app shows a blank screen instead of the account list. I have to close the app (remove it from running app list) and reopen it again to display the list properly.

Does that happen when scanning a QR code from camera or when choosing an image from the camera roll?

Scanning from the camera. I didn't try selecting a picture from the camera roll.
