if we have a button to reset the OpenVPN service on the server config page, then we don't need to ssh to the server to apply the new changes.

I don't trust my programming skills here yet. Because the danger of an attack cannot be dismissed out of hand. Unfortunately, some of the OpenVPN WebAdmins are publicly accessible.
