DRAM2: combine_annotations.nf doesn't bind properly

It can't find the files to combine (they reside in the pipelene's work dir). Adding runOptions = '--bind <...>' to singularity { } doesn't help (because of singularity.autoMounts = true?) Adding containerOptions = '--bind <...>' to process { } helps. Same problem, but the solution is not working now: issues/396#issuecomment-2634239877
