Cannot install latest update

Describe the bug The update cannot be installed because the app cannot be closed on Windows 10. The app does not appear to be open when the error occurs.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch the app
2. Click update
3. Wait for progress bar
4. See error

Expected behavior The update should complete successfully.

Additional context This has not been an issue in past updates.

Was able to kill the WowUpCf process in Task Manager and complete the update.
