DelphiMapsRunTime.dpk has invalid CONTAINS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Checkout the latest revision (rev. 25)
2. open the DelphiMapsRunTime.dpk in delphi XE2
3. Error pops up, saying that the CONTAINS-Clause is incorrect

What is the expected output?
That the package gets opened and can then be installed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7 x64, Delphi XE2 Update 3
