Component names TWebImage already registered

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. TMS Component Pack installed
2. Build and Install DelphiMapsDesignTime.dpk
3. Error message raise.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Renamed component named TWebImage to TGWebImage from component pack 
DelphiMapsDesignTime.dpk
- Build and Install.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Delphi XE on Windows 7
