Enable/disable substitution lists
Easily enable and disable substitution lists, instead of relying on
priority for separate lists or having to export and delete a list to
'disable' it.

This isn't just a me too, but as they're two the lists are called "Substitution
List" I really want the one without the 'HTML' column to get this.
I like to have all the substitutions Disabled on a site/page while I work on an
additional substitution for that site/page (but not have the one I'm working on
disabled of course ).

So, what you want is being able to enable/disable each substitution
individually, not just for substitution groups.
