Update Transaction name in the DDCC specification

After reviewing the DDCC specification (see following link) with Carl LEITNER and IHE, we conclud the actor name "Verifier" need to be replaced by “DDCC:Verifier application” in the following transactions :

  • Retrieve Health Certificate Reference
  • Retrieve Health Certificate
  • Retrieve Health Folder
