IPS Dependency

Before publishing we need to agree on how to manage the dependency with the IPS guide.

To fulfill the SVC requirements this guide should depend on the dev version of the IPS guide.

We have one technical issue with the IPS.... we are not requiring gender in the SVC. We want to use the IPS Immunization but that requires IPS Patient which has those requirements. Ideal solution is if there was an abstract StructureDefinition in IPS for the Immunization profile that we can use in SVC that has all of the Immunization IPS constraints except the IPS Patient constraint.

this is the kind of issue I was mentioning , other examples are invariant for the patient name or the cardinality of the Immunization.perfomer

I've created a branch in the IPS to "fix" these things, but they will not be published in time to be referred by this guide.

Locally I'm working by using the dev version, but this is not the solution..

Maybe freezing a non-officially published version and use that version in the dependency of this guide (as a kind of pre-adopted changes) .. let see what is the best solution...
