SVC Logical Model

Are you planning to add the SVC logical model to the guide ?

Trying to determine if a LM is the correct thing for the QR encoded content. Thinking of it both as a LM (which it would be good for) as well as a compliance test (which I am not sure how well a LM will achieve this). Flagging @costateixeira

LM are not for the tech validation of instances; but to provide an implementation independent specification of the content.

Logical models were added in the rc2 branch.
