the first entry of a document bundle is always a Composition

not able to understand why the bundle is limited to only three entries (3..3) that do not include the most important resources: Immunization and ImmunizationRecommendation

that said, I am not sure that Bundle is the correct resource here or not, it is supposed to be a container to describe what is going to be in the QR code on the front page. this may or may not have health content encoded - it is more likely a referential QR code.

If this serves also the "complete" case in this case : (1) the cardinality should be changed from 3...3 to 3..* (2) add at east an Immunization entry
