Checkmarks missing in Upgrade dialog in extension

If reporting a bug:

1. Can you describe the problem and bug in more detail?

During the upgrade process in the extension, on the upgrade/pricing dialog, there are no checkmarks in the comparison table to differentiate between Explorer and Thinker. The view is the same whether Monthly or Yearly is active. See image:

2. How can we replicate the issue?

From a non-upgraded state, in the extension settings, attempt to upgrade.

3. Expected behavior (i.e. solution)

Pricing dialog should have checkmarks, similar to https://getmemex.com/#upgrade :

4. Error stack (from extension crash page)

The extension was operating normally and had not crashed.
