Convert Combobox to a Compound Component (and promotion?)

• [ ] Identify a change management process to help teams migrate to the new compound component
• [ ] Convert to a compound component
• [ ] Implement code mod, if possible OR reach out to teams using Combobox directly to help them upgrade
• [ ] Update documentation
• [ ] (?) Promote to Main/Preview OR add the compound component Combobox (Q: should we keep original in Labs, with soft depreciation? or remove it fully?)

A few thing son this ticket:

• I think combobox is more of a system similar to list.
• This system should trickle into the Select component since they both work well together
