pull request doesn't include the theme like the downloaded .zip does

If you download a .zip from https://playground.wordpress.net/ you get a wordpress site that can be run, even with a child theme. If you create a pull request the pull request will be missing the parent theme if you have a child theme or the theme altogether if you don't change it from twenty-twenty-four. This creates difficulties when trying to run the wordpress site separately from wordpress-playground.
