Many errors while testing

Looks like the users table does not work ? But I am not sure.

@ramonfincken I noticed that the test bot has been reporting passing results (with the exception of a few known test failures that are not unique to your test bot or the runner in general).

Do you recall what this was caused by? This can likely be closed out, but I wanted to seek some additional context before doing so.

No I cannot. I checked the DB and users were empty. Which could result in errors. However ... I have not investigated if an empty user table is normal behavior after running all tests.
