I am not able to replce media on existing image

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://wordpress.org/patterns/new-pattern/ link
2. Click on Add a new block "Media & Text"
3. Add an image from the media then try to replace it. it will not work to replace things.
4. See the error

Expected behavior It should be able to update the image.
