Add fullscreen mode

For Additional CSS in the Customizer and the Custom HTML widget, there is a problem with screen real estate. CodeMirror has a fullscreen mode which could be handy in such cases.

Needs design for how to invoke full-screen mode, and/or a shortcut key.

There would need to be an icon button for editing in full screen mode.
