Hi @rraventos Translating all the lesson plan would be great. I appreciate the decision, but I would suggest you to create separate issues for each lesson plans, because translating single lesson requires multiple steps. Creating separate issue will help you maintaining the steps easily. You can link up each issue here when translation is completed.

Hi @devmuhib009,

I created a unique issue following the instructions described on: (a) Learning Pathway Courses

Check the team’s Content Localization GitHub project board and see if a GitHub issue has been created for the Learning Pathway in your locale. There should only be one issue for the entire course, and not one issue per lesson.

and I copied the issue template described here:

If no issue has been created yet, create a new Content Translation issue. Add your locale and the course title to the issue title. Copy and paste the content of the following issue into the issue body – template for Beginner User pathway, template for Beginner Developer pathway

Do I understand then that these instructions need to be updated and you would prefer me to do the translation of each lesson separately?

Thanks!

Hi @rraventos No problem, you can continue here. Actually, no one translated full course before, so I didn't read this. As the instruction given here, you can follow this. I will cooperate you. Thanks

@rraventos

You did a great job here! I see that 3 more lessons need to be translated to complete the translation of this course in Spanish. Do you need any help with that? Also, do you know someone who can review this content so that we can publish it?

Thank you very much!

Hi @rjekic and @devmuhib009,

The truth is that I've been so busy lately that it's been impossible for me to continue with the translations, but I hope to be able to pick them up again very soon and finish in a couple of weeks at the latest.

As for the review, I can ask dorsvenabili.

Thanks,

Hi @rjekic and @devmuhib009,

The translation of all the lessons that make up the Beginner WordPress User course is complete and ready to be reviewed.

@_dorsvenabili , can you please review the translations or recommend someone who can do it?

Thanks!

Hi! I have checked the introduction and the first module and the translation is really good, I just had to fix a few minor issues (capitalization and tone) I have a question about subtitles. How can I review them and share the changes? Do we have any online subtitle platform we can use?

nilovelez avatar Jul 14 '25 09:07 nilovelez

Hi @nilovelez,

Thank you for the review. I don't know of any online subtitle platform but if you mark the changes as comments in the linked documents (they are Google Docs), I will be happy to make the changes in the document and also apply them to the caption files.

rraventos avatar Jul 14 '25 09:07 rraventos

Ok that might work. I'll make the corrections in Google Docs "Suggestion mode" so you can approve them and make the changes to the subtitles

nilovelez avatar Jul 14 '25 09:07 nilovelez

Hi @nilovelez,

It's been a while since you mentioned a couple of corrections in two documents, and I don't know if you've had time to review the others... Let me know how we can move forward with the rest so we can consider them reviewed.

Thank you very much.
