Add published/modified date.

Modified date is displayed conditionally We use the date to make sure there is at least a day difference.

I did not use the nice get_post_timestamp to get the timestamps since it compares the date and time, and it is better to display only if there is a "day difference". It compares with "!=" since the modified date must be after... This is not DRY, we could make a function since it repeats in two places.
