[reverse] Allow ssl flag to use SSL, but not create letsencrypt certificate

reverse container: If one has a central server already creating letsencrypt keys and certificates, one cannot use one other machine to actually create the certificate for the same FQDN again. I wonder if it would be possible to just create the ssl-configuration file, without initiating the entire letsencrypt stuff.
