Items disappearing in the grindstone

What happened?

When using a custom recipe in a Grindstone, the item can just disappear.

How can the bug be reproduced?

• Create a Custom Recipe for a grindstone
• Put the ingredients in the Grindstone
• Shift Click many, many times at the result
• Then it'll eventually make the vanilla grindstone sound and the items will disappear.

Expected Behaviour?

Working properly and items not disappearing
